This book is intended to give you a guide, in a practical sense, of many of the day-to-day issues that legal practitioners come across in their everyday practice. As it is written in a discourse style, you will find it easy to read.
This book is designed to be an easy to use a reference book for legal practitioners, predominantly those with some form of expertise in the family law arena, or those interested in child support and child maintenance in Australia, to give an overall summary or guide to the major areas in which clients require assistance when seeking advice from legal practitioners.
It is not designed to be a section by section, caselaw heavy textbook with specific analysis of every case relevant to a particular point of law. It is targeted to give legal practitioners an overall understanding of each area of law that is predominantly used when advising clients with the day-to-day problems that arise in child support cases.

She practices in family law with a particular interest in child support and international child support and maintenance.
